Model Release Agreement and Terms * With my signature, I hereby give Aimee J. Creative LLC (DBA ColorPop Portraits) permission to use any photographs, video footage, or sound recordings of my child(ren) created by ColorPop Portraits in their portfolio and all forms of print and digital media for the purposes of advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service, and all other lawful purposes. ColorPop Portraits Released of Liability: I agree that my child(ren)'s portraits and likeness, video footage, and sound recordings may be combined with other images, text, and graphics, cropped and edited at the discretion of ColorPop Portraits. ColorPop Portraits Retains All Rights. I agree that ColorPop Portraits has all rights to these images, video footage, and sound recordings, for perpetuity. I acknowledge and agree that ColorPop Portraits is not liable for any further consideration, or accounting. Duration of Agreement: I acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is binding, irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual. I acknowledge and agree that this Model Release Agreement contains the entire agreement between the above-mentioned parties regarding the child(ren) noted above, and is contractual. This agreement will be honored, abided by, and construed according to and governed by Ohio state laws. I have read, understand and agree to these terms.
